The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants, shopping, Pier 39 and the cable cars. The restaurant is convenient for grabbing a coffee and light breakfast.

Great staff! Nice facility.
The booking was easy and price was reasonable. Easy walking distance to see a lot of things around the Wharf and Pier 39. Nice hotel, big room, clean. Our absolute only complaint was the street noise of revving engines and the In-and-Out Burger speaker calling out orders. Our room faced the courtyard and In-and-Out. The staff were wonderful. Leo was very helpful and so was Robert. Josephine (who did our check-in) was fabulous.
