Are you for real Book a Bach/Vrbo

So there was no communication with the host from day one and after being in contact with Vrbo once I realised there was an issue with the property and the host. I am still waiting for my refund and I can’t believe that maybe this listing is still out there and someone else might be getting ripped off. I expect a prompt follow up as I still have not seen this refund on my Visa card.
