Rated 2 stars due to no wheelchair or pram access after 6pm. Good room size and location Shower was pathetic and dribbled out, sink plug was broken and sink would not fill up, rang reception nothing they could do about it. Daily room service promised but did not occur until we called reception, maid staff asked us what we would like them to do - answered with what you do in every other room (?). Again very disappointing with no wheelchair or pram access after 6 pm - not good enough in this day and age

Dear Vanessa, I am so sorry for the inconvenience for you. The building does have Disabled access which leading to the car park. Our reception staff would have explained to you if they were aware of the wheelchair. I am sincerely apology for our neglection. With room service, we do provide limited daily service by providing fresh towels and amenities, and full service every 4th day for long stay. So we can provide competitive price to our guests. Next time should you need full service, please don't hesitate to contact reception. We are happy to help! Look forward to seeing you soon again! Regards

Place was clean and suitable for a quick stay - staff were nice. Only problem was the lift was out and late at night I was stuck. Quickly solved by a helpful hotel staff member. Please, sort out the lift situation!

The property was good lots of space, bit disappointed with the check in, the lift stopped working, so they had to get an emergency key to the stairs then the key wouldn’t work so we were stuck there waiting, then went to grab another key that worked walked up the stairs with heavy luggage, to then the key to the door wouldn’t work, I think they need to have these sort of keys onto the keys given to the desk especially for there level was a bit disappointed and a lot of time wasted. The staff were lovely towards just thought we might of got free parking or Discount on the room

Fantastic apartment with a lovely, leafy outlook. My only complaint is that the entrance to the lift is a bit obscured from the entrance door and there is a construction zone in the entrance area.

Close to tram, shops close by to stock up if needed, across the rd from sea life, and easy walking to south wharf. Room was cleaned everyday and was very clean on arrival. Has everything we needed, kitchen laundry ect.
