Easy to get to... close to Epworth Hospital.. Just one thing Shower is in the bath tub which is fine BUT a handle on the wall to help you step out of slipery bath would be a great help especially for older people

The location is great - very close to the tram stops and within walking distance to The Corner Hotel if you are staying to attend a concert of any sort. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Cost was reasonable. The apartment was lovely and clean.

Very little info or photos so we just booked and hoped. Very pleased with almost everything and would have rated higher but for 2 things. Main issue was the wi fi which was poor and unreliable. The other was the lack of streaming setup with the TV. The set was fine but who watches only free to air TV? The unit was very spacious and mainly in very good condition. Excellent location and reasonably priced. Would we re book? Maybe one night only because the wi fi is a major issue for us and probably the vast majority of other people.

Richmond Central Apartments are great value for money. I cook my own breakfast every morning and all the utensils etc, that I needed, were there. The location is convenient to trams. The train station is 20min walk away. The Richmond Traders shopping centre with Coles, an independent grocer and other specialty food outlets is just a few minutes walk along Richmond Road. There is plenty of free street parking from 5pm to 9am, if you are happy to go a 100+m north along Lennox St.

5 stars all round. The room was fabulous with amenities far beyond expectations. Staff, especially Bianca, were very helpful and friendly. Parking was very secure and easily accessible. Location in Richmond was excellent especially in close vicinity to the Epworth Hospital where we had an appointment for medical treatment.

The location was great for me, very convenient. I arrived after hours and there was a little mix up with my key card to get into my room. It was rectified quite quickly which I appreciated. The apartment itself had everything I needed. It was great to have a washing machine and dryer, the kitchen facilities were great. Very comfortable bed. I would stay here again. Great proximity to rail and tram.

After booking this accommodation I read a number of very ordinary reviews so approached my stay here with a little trepidation. I am very pleased to say that I could not be more impressed with both the accommodations and the assistance I received from the staff who were helpful, polite and more importantly proactive about ensuring my stay was as good as it could be. I will be coming back in the very near future. Well done to the team at Richmond Central and Arcarda.

Night manager was phoned due to late check in then turned phone off and was ignored. Next morning our accommodation was cancelled due to apparent aggression which was incorrectly reported and we were left to fend for ourselves without any accommodation organised which caused stress and anxiety and wrecked our weekend I will never recommend Richmond apartments to anyone.
