The room is very clean, cozy and comfortable. It is so quiet yet is close to so many restaurants and mall food court. We really love our stay at the hotel. It has very convenient locationb and fast Internet with parking downstairs. Highly recommend this hotel. We had a late check-in due to flight disruption. The night manager was super fast and friendly checking us in and also very informative. The overall service was best in class. Great location and hotel super fast

Staff were great! Friendly, helpful, and courteous. Apartment was very nice, clean, a good size bed which was extremley comfortable, and great block out curtains for a good nights sleep!! Good sized bathroom with great shower pressure. Convenient location, shopping centre next door, large selection of restaraunts within the vicinity, short trip to the airport! Would highly recommend.

Check in was easy. Staff pleasant. One thing I would say is that staff should not verbalise the room number as others guests may hear it. I’m a single female checking in & that’s a concern. Room was tidy, basic, only issue was that the kettle was dirty it had some sticky stains on it. There was only decafe coffee available in room.

Disappointing

Arrived late and got to room was clean . Bed was hard and there where no towels no bathmat and no hand towels. We also where unable to contact anyone to get any towels. Complained the next morning and where told we should have been given a sheet with after hours info which we didnt get. Lucky we had towels in car . We have stayed here plenty of times before and has always been great. Very disappointed in our stay this rime and will probably go elsewhere in future.

Clean room, noisy due to parrots, very strong smell of bleach in room. Beds very comfortable but TV wouldnt cast from my phone and the channels werent great. Overall, good but not going back, preferred the Mecure around the corner. Parking was confusing too!

We love the ambiance of the place. It’s quite big room. Definitely recommended for a long stay.
