Honestly, the standard of cleanliness & service matched that of a 5* hotel. The staff were really welcoming & friendly so check in/out was seamless. My room was absolutely spotless & I had the best nights sleep on that super comfy mattress! It was also surprisingly quiet for the location. The attention to detail was impressive. There’s even a folder with the menu, general info & a list of local attractions & eateries which would be perfect for travellers unfamiliar with the area. I highly recommend this hotel & I’ll definitely stay again!

We have stayed there several times in the past 2 years. Our room was only serviced with clean towels. The beds were left unmade and no fresh crockery each day. Other clients played loud music after 11pm

It can be loud at night but by 11pm it was pretty quiet. People in the room next to us were unusually loud. Their kid screamed all day and evening and they just acted like he wasnt. Not the hotels fault but the walls are a little thin.

We had a meal in the bistro, the meal was a disaster, the fish was overcooked. We ordered sweets it did not arrive, after some time we inquired they had given our sweets to another table
