Nightcap in Keysborough truly exceeded our expectations during our Melbourne trip! After a chaotic week and some disappointing hotel experiences, their warm welcome and seamless check-in were a lifesaver. The staff, especially the manager, provided exceptional service. We wish we could have stayed longer, as it felt like home. The rooms were always clean, which was particularly important for my husband, who has cancer. A huge thank you to the Nightcap staff!
