Nightcap in Keysborough truly exceeded our expectations during our Melbourne trip! After a chaotic week and some disappointing hotel experiences, their warm welcome and seamless check-in were a lifesaver. The staff, especially the manager, provided exceptional service. We wish we could have stayed longer, as it felt like home. The rooms were always clean, which was particularly important for my husband, who has cancer. A huge thank you to the Nightcap staff! Hope to see you guys again in the near Future Godbless.

The hotel backs onto the bar. The loud music played until the early hours of the morning which was challenging to sleep.

The building was older but the room renovated and clean with high ceilings. Convenient being able to walk through to the pub for dinner. Some noise comes through from people in the upstairs units coming down the stairs.
