Thank you for your generous review and feedback.___Unfortunately, we don't have control over what Wotif shows on our property pages, as we have no connection with them bar through Expedia. In this case they had mixed up the address of our head office with this property.___The photos and information were correct; it was just shown to be in the totally wrong suburb! We sorted this out with Expedia, but I'm surprised they didn't contact you about this.___Fortunately, this sub-penthouse was only a bit further away from where your family was, but it should not have happened.___The Essendon property was a two-bedroom apartment vs the Thornbury townhouse that was only one-bedroom, so I suspect at the time that the townhouse was cheaper.___Unfortunately Expedia didn't even advise us of your review; hence the very late reply when it was discovered today! I do hope that we see you again, with your returning-guest discount. You are welcome to return here, but if you would like to try somewhere else for a change of scene, we have nearly 30 different locations around inner Melbourne, with more than 1,000 reviews at 4.9 Stars, so there are plenty of reasons to 'StayCentral' and lots of scope for variety.
