For the price of one night in Melbourne, we were very pleased as the apartment had everything you need: kitchen, private bathroom, good wifi and even a dishwasher. So even the room was very dated (cracks on the wall), we still felt ok. Only one thing that turned us down was the cleanliness of the room. We saw a pair of shorts under the bed, and the kitchen bench had some stain marks. Hope the management improve the quality of this place.

Photos on the booking site are definitely not what greets you when you arrive. First room we had was filthy. Went to make a coffee and the cups were used and put back dirty, lip stick included. Utensils were used and put back in the drawer covered in grease and food. Complained to staff and got to choose a different room. Slightly cleaner but still not what is advertised. Staff were understanding and accomodated as best they could. Pictures on website need to be replaced with accurate ones

Suited my needs but outdated interior. The bath and coffee tables were stained and the bedroom could have done with a fan or cooling. Otherwise fine bed was comfortable very convenient for going to events at Melbourne Park or MCG also very close to public transport As someone who traveled from the country l appreciated the free car parking.

This is one of my Go-To places to stay in Melbourne if I’m in a budget. Great value for money - rooms are older but always spotless and clean. Soap, Shampoo & Conditioner supplied plus Milk & Tea/Coffee/Sugar. North Richmond Train Station a short 10 min walk and 109 & 12 trams stop a block away (get off at Wellington Parade)

The place is dirty, no spare bedding to put on if it was cold, no tea towels or sink plugs so who knows how clean the dishes are. location is excellent and parking great but even if they did some small basics like cleaning the rooms probably and providing a plug and tea towel it would such a better experience.

An absolute disgrace. I have no words! The photos on wotif and the property’s website and nothing like it…..completely different. Our lounge room had a stained dirty single bed mattress lying in it. And some cleaning products and a dirty rag that the cleaners left. The cleaners must have left early because it was filthy.

Great location and price. That’s about it

Very cheap for the size and location. The LHS of the king bed is sunken and collapsed. The couches are rock hard and extremely uncomfortable. There was only one bowl which wasn’t adequate given it’s a two bedroom apartment. Freezing cold and only one thin blanket on each bed plus one additional blanket per person.

This satisfied our purpose of purely a bed after going to the football but we are grateful we only needed that. The front door to the complex was constantly ajar leaving no security. The doors to the rooms were grotty. Inside was basic but our internal door had swear words written on it. The room was cold, ran down (parts of bathroom new) and the curtains were not actual curtains - I can’t even describe them. I was worried we were going to be broken into - I wouldn’t stay here again. I guess you get what you pay for in this example.
