This family home has two separate living zones each with wall mounted HD TV's, 5 beautiful bedrooms and a huge deck overlooking the Sorrento skyline to entertain the best on. Just minutes walk to Main Street Sorrento and both Bay and Surf Beaches. The large kitchen is fitted with Smeg and Bosch appliances with a huge fridge freezer providing both an icemaker and chilled filtered water. The master bedroom comprises a Queen bed & en suite, bedroom 2 has two sets of bunks, one with a Queen bed below and single above and one with single bunks, whilst bedrooms 3 and 4 have Queen beds alongside the master bathroom. Downstairs bedroom 5 is a very large self contained bedroom with kitchenette, entered via downstairs external door and containing a queen bed and a sofa bed if required. In addition to the main bathroom and en suite upstairs there is a laundry, toilet and shower downstairs adjacent to the fifth bedroom. Continuous hot water system ensures everyone gets a hot shower, no matter how many of the four showers are used!

Sip complimentary champagne on the huge entertainment deck whilst you soak up the all day sunshine and enjoy a memorable sunset. Take a stroll to the nearby beaches whilst your partners play golf at one of the half a dozen golf courses a short drive away. This house is made to relax in but if a rainy day comes along don't worry there's a great library of books to choose from or watch a movie on Wall mounted TV's in one of the two separate living areas.

Doonas and pillows are provided but guest need to bring there own sheets, pillow covers and towels. These can be provided for an extra charge of $30 per person.

If "eating in" is your preference the house is an entertainers delight with a fully equipped open plan kitchen adjacent to the main living area or the outdoor stainless steel BBQ and decking adjacent to the second living area. In addition to the large deck there is undercover decking around three sides of the house making sure there is always outdoor shelter from the odd spring shower or the strong summer sun. The house is equipped with everything you need and more. On the other hand if a restful holiday is more your style then kick off your shoes, a complimentary champagne awaits a celebratory start. Then stroll down to the cafes, pubs and restaurants, only five minutes walk away!
