The location and room were really good and we had a comfortable stay. Additionally the gym and laundry facilities are really handy. The cafe / restaurant next door was also really convenient for food. The only detractor for me is the balcony doesn’t feel very inviting as it has metal bars, which is understandable for safety.

The location is great, very central and easy to get around and lots of great places to eat close by. Also very close to theatres. The daily servicing of the room was poor, bed was roughly piled up and tucked in, clean towels just placed in a pile on the shelf in the bathroom. The bathroom also didn’t have anywhere to hang up wet towels, just a hook off the back of the door where they wouldn’t dry. There was mould in the shower which was also off putting.

Everything was great, except the pillows. My wife and I both slept directly on the mattress, they were just so lumpy. All hotels should just buy latex. The best!! Received an upgrade (really only to have a very small balcony, which was about a metre wide. Also got late check out because it was my birthday). They would have got a 10 out of 10 were it not for the pillows. We would stay again and take our own. 😊

Fabulous location, comfortable bed and good staff Unfortunately the housekeeping team let the hotel down on this occasion. We had to ask a couple of times for toilet paper, which was not replenished daily, as well as other toiletries just left thrown under the counter. Our bed was made, well kind of, the top sheet was pulled up but sheets very crinkled.

Balcony view was nice. Room was on level 9. Can let fresh air in, if required. Bed was spacious and comfortable. A/C system was very cold, which was nice, but also very loud even on fan speed one. Overall enjoyed my stay, would say again.
