The property was clean and well maintained. I kove that it is fully self contained and was in a central location to where I needed to be. I felt it was also a safe and quiet premises.

I liked that it was so close to the Conference venue that I was attending, and close to food outlets. The layout of the apartment was very good and had everything you would need. The balcony area could have done with a good clean-up.

This hotel is very nice on the inside although getting to their parking area is not very easy if your new to the area. The room itself was very clean and tidy but it’s had a strong odour of mould/dampness which was a little overpowering when you first walk in.

Dear Guest, thank you for taking the time to send through your review. Richmond is an area with littel lanes all over the place and can be trying to access the back of our building to the car park. I hope you were able disspell the odour of damp once you in the apartment and opened all the widnows. I am surprised to hear this as it has been warm and we get a lot of sunshine through the windows.

I really enjoyed the amount of utilities they had in the room including a washing machine, washing liquid, a gas top and dishwasher. They had free WiFi and a smart TV. The bed was comfortable and there was a TV in there too. The only thing is there was a dirty used towel on the washing machine that we had to wash.

As for the contents of the washing machine I do apologies and have pointed this out to housekeeping.
