Non existent communication from the host despite multiple attempts in the proceeding days. Stayz staff were able to make contact the morning we were leaving and told all was fine and instructions would come through in a few hours. Call when we were half an hour away from check in cancelling due to reported electrical issues and asked for bank details for “refund”Stayz staff were great though, refunded instantly and did what they could. Would not recommend, questioning whether the place even exists and an experience we could have done without.
