The hotel room was nice and clean. The room was quiet. The staff was not that friendly and not as helpful. We had to call guest services about 5-6 times and talk to people in person for items we needed in our room. It took about 4 hours until someone finally came.

Staff was friendly, we booked two rooms and both rooms were in pretty good shape, there were knicks here and there but honestly didn’t really affect our stay. Rooms were pretty quiet even though the freeway is right next to the hotel so that’s really nice. Overall pretty good stay for the family. Nice fire pit outside and small basketball court

I never stayed at a Residence Inn before and I was pleasantly surprised at the huge room! The breakfast was also great and the parking rate ($21/night) was much cheaper than other places! If o come back to LA, I'd definitely stay here again!

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience, with a few areas for improvement. The room itself was spacious and nicely furnished, providing a comfortable environment for my stay. However, the bathroom showed some signs of wear and could use some updating. Additionally, the curtain in the bathrtom wasn’t as clean as expected, and the couch had a few noticeable stains, which detracted slightly from the overall cleanliness. On a positive note, the breakfast offered each morning was tasty and well-prepared, though the seating area was somewhat limited, which made it a bit crowded during peak times. With some attention to detail in terms of cleanliness and maintenance, this hotel has strong potential. I appreciated the room size and the overall comfort, and with a few improvements, it could offer an even better guest experience.
