DO NOT book this property for a future reservation!!! Although it says "Fully Refundable," it is not. Booked for a family stay, reservation was later cancelled, did not stay a single night, but the hotel is still holding on to my money. Expedia cannot help you without approval from the property, so I'm out of $900 with no recourse. PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL PEOPLE!!!

I had to pay an additional $100 fee for my Yorkshire terrier, which I didn’t mind except for the fact that there was not a dog park available and it was not very dog friendly. I was not allowed to get a cup of coffee because I had my dog with me. I could not understand not taking the dog into the actual breakfast area where food is, but couldn’t understand why I couldn’t get a cup of coffee from the coffee bar that was separate from where the food was. I asked where the dog area was so I could take my dog to go potty and was told that they don’t have one, but just to make sure I picked up after my dog.

We were very pleased with the service and staff. I had issues with service and staff previously but decided to give them one more try. It was much better this time. My only issue was the heater was not working and no one in maintenance to help. It happened to be very cold and raining very heavily. So the comfort in the room was affected by this maintenance issue. Otherwise, very good. Breakfast was good with the exception of eggs.
