We had a great stay here. The location is hard to beat—right next to The Pike stores and close to the port, which made getting around super easy. The on-site café was a nice bonus and a great spot to grab coffee and relax. Check-in staff were friendly, welcoming, and efficient, which always sets the tone for a good stay. The room itself was cozy and felt very homey—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Long Beach.

Elevator was broken so we walked up 3 flights of stairs with all our luggage after waiting on the elevator for 10 minutes. The room was not really what we expected from the pictures. The location is not on I would stay again just because it felt like staying at a mall with how close it was to other establishments like the gym that was right across our window. Was clean, staff was cool too. Would choose other hotels in the area before I choose this one again.

Horrible heating and cooling in the room. AC/Heater super loud. Very noisy neighbors partied all night. Great location though, with ease of parking. Not much options for breakfast.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Centric The Pike Long Beach. The hotel is clean, modern, and in a great location within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooftop pool and bar were a nice bonus with great views. Parking was conveniently located right by the hotel.
