Quite a disappointing stay. The apartment was incredibly dated and in need of a full renovation. The king bed was comfy and the best part of the stay. The showerhead only dribbled so we could not wash our hair the first night. They replaced the head which helped. Mould in the shower. Dirt and dust all over the unit. Ripped carpet. The whole complex does not look like it has been updated in 30 yrs.

Our room had a horrible smell on arrival. When we reported this, the staff had maintenance mask it in vanilla air freshener. This made the whole apartment smell like toilet freshener for the duration of our stay. Further to this, maintenance left behind their dirty cleaning cloth in our apartment and we later had issues with a giant flying cockroach.

Our first time being in an apartment back from the beach and we loved it. Great dining and pubs right there and we had so much fun just people watching and hanging out on the balcony. It is an older building so not as well presented as the newer ones but that in mind, still a comfortable stay. I highly recommend Phoenician and will definately be back.

The property was fine, little bit tired. A dripping tap in the bathroom, and i complained about the main door to the balcony did not lock, and was told that it was a safe area, and we have 24 hr, security which i found really odd, complained about it on checkout, and they would look at it.

Location was the only thing good for this place, shower looked gross and had tons of grime on the tiles, the shower also broke halfway through our stay making the water pressure worse then if I just poured water over myself, doesn't help that there's a recommended limit of 5 minutes in there. When reception came to look at it they said they would call someone to fix it, nothing got changed. The bed was hard to sleep on as it has wheels you can't lock down so it rolls everywhere. Broken cords everywhere that have exposed wires. Was not worth the amount we paid.
