All the necessities were there. It was a bit dusty and moulds were on the hinges on the shower screen. The room was a a bit outdated and most furnitures were rusty. However, the water pressure of the shower were excellent! Overall it was good.

Perfect location with great views. Very clean & staff were very helpful. Would come back again. My only feedback is my aching legs even 3 days later after the false fire alarm & having to go down 21 flights of stairs at 1am in the morning. But at least it was a false alarm!

Beautiful resort with nice view and friendly staff. The resort is very close to beach, shopping center and the resort also has a spa, a sauna and a steam. The rooms are big and clean. We are on level 18 so it’s very quiet. We stayed for 5 days. It’s awesome. We will come back soon.

We had the best stay! We will be back again. Everything was prefect, clean room, comfortable beds and pillows. Amazing view of city and beach. Pool and spa area clean. Wish we could have stayed longer. Right near light rail bonus! Walking distance to beach.

Nice location but very dirty Not as pictured. Staff were amazing allowing us to have a refund and we booked another more suitable property near by! Reading the reviews I think it’s time to refresh and ensure bed sheets etc are clean. Also cleaning behind beds etc, skirting boards are filthy and furniture very old!

Definitely not the 4 stars it said. Kitchen floor oily and not even mopped Carpet was thread bare. So much dirt around. Surfaces not cleaned. Lounge disgusting. And when i asked Reception about it they just said they would get the floor re mopped and i would have to deal with the rest. Not happy

The property suited our needs. 2 rooms were perfect for our needs. The bathroom's were lovely having 2 was great with 2 teenage girls. The view was amazing, night lights. Would have no hesitation in recommending property. Clean tidy, convenient, quiet and safe

Once we got past the front door that smelt really bad of smelly dog/urine coming from the room beside the one we stayed in it was lovely. We had a bit of a beach view and we were not on the main road side so it was peaceful. We will visit again but hopefully not be in a room where we have to hold our breath when we come and go.
