Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Overall my experience was positive. The only negative was it was dirty, hallways had trash. Overall our suite was clean except our bathtub.

Hotel is in good location but rooms could use a refresh as they are old. Staff is pleasant and the proximity to Disneyland Toy Story shuttle parking lot is great.

Pqrking lot full every night, had to walk 15 mins to a k other parking lot with a 5 year old in my arms asleep , and they still charge you 30 dlrs fee per night. Called the hotel staff says leave ur son asleep in the room and park it other hotel. Single dad whats the purpose of leaving a 5 year old asleep alone 20 mins while you park or look for parking 20 min walk,.
