Family home offering the master bedroom and en-suite only. (Locked off from rest of house). No breakfast supplied, however we do supply free Tea, coffee and powdered milk (Fresh milk can be supplied on request). Small fridge. Double basin vanity. Walk in tiled shower. Toilet. Bath. Comfortable Queen size bed. Free Wifi. Smart TV. Iron and ironing board. Hair dryer. Outside entry/exit onto a lovely decking area overlooking our large garden. Quiet street. Off street parking on request otherwise street parking is safe.

Great Place to Stay
Owners were lovely and helpful to deal with. A great to place to stay if wanting somewhere out west of Christchurch. The accommodation was up to the standard of advertisement and access to room was not through owners house (had a separate entrance) which I liked
