The property was very nice, the people were excellent, and the staff are awesome. The only downside is the food is lackluster. The breakfast buffet is amazing, and I wish every meal had an option like this!. The meals outside that are just OK and not up to par with what is expected. I don’t drink alcohol, but I heard the drinks were good.

Check in didn't go very smoothly as we were a family of 5 and requested 2 rooms and they had us in 2 separate buildings. After a couple of discussions, it was finally resolved, and we got adjacent rooms in the same building. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay.

If you book directly with the property, airport transportation is provided. Booking thru Expedia, it is extra. In my opinion, food was better than Sandals although slow service. Breakfast was perfect. Bed was great. Majority of the staff was great.
