You get what you pay for here. Overall the room was acceptable for the price we paid for it. Ac was a necessary addition that I’m glad they had. Slight stain on the bedsheets, and the shower was okay. There was no mention before booking that you had to pay to park on the property. 30 dollars a night. Would stay again for one night only. Staff was very helpful and kind! Front desk took care of us with a great attitude.

The staff were friendly and the location is great. However, the room felt quite dated and not very clean. The carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the bathroom was also old and in need of renovation.

Would not recommend - bed bugs be aware! This is a terrible hotel, it is not clean, looks like they don't have a vacum cleaner and the hotel does not take any complaints seriously. For the first time in my life I got bitten by bed bugs at this hotel during my stay, which also gave me an allergic reaction and this cost me multiple visits to the doctor as well as causing me significant emotional distress. The hotel did not take any of this seriously and never got back in touch with an apology, they do not answer phone calls and clearly do not care about customer satisfaction and cleanliness. If only the hotel management stayed at the hotel and had the same experience, they would then understand how awful it is. Terrible!

My stay was so pleasant. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is the most important part for me. It's walking distance to restaurants and shop. Also walking distance to Sky Tower where the bus terminal is located. I felt safe during my stay.
