Our email early check in from Bonvoy was a treat. We were there to visit Disneyland so it was perfect location (15 minute walk). I would have preferred the concierge lounge to be available because the appetizers for 2 did not serve me well when I have 3 people in my party. We were thankful that our check in person added the additional person. That is what I call customer service ! Our room was great and I enjoyed our balcony views.

We really enjoyed staying at the hotel for the 4th of July, enabling us to see the three separate displays of fireworks from right outside the hotel!
