The staff we met were friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, service was also great. Starbucks/store option is nice for quick meals and coffee. The rooms were nice but you can tell they didnt take time to clean for new guests. My son also stayed during this time and had to move rooms due to cleanliness. Paying for parking at the hotel as a guest was a weak point but who doesn't do it these days.

I get a room at this hotel every time I am in Anaheim and am never disappointed. The staff are friendly and helpful, it beautifully decorated, and it is so convenient because so many places are walkable from the hotel.

The hotel was okay overall but a great place to stay for a quick trip. The area is really nice and pretty close to many places such as Disneyland.

We had trouble with the smoke detector going off everytime we took a shower. When shared with the staff they said “oh that happens”. It would be nice to tell guests ahead of time, especially when we were showering between 11pm and 1pm. The room was very basic. Staff was nice enough. I think that the room rate was too much for what the hotel offered for family stay. It would also be great to have a Disney shuttle, as we had to make other arrangements but they may focus more on business stays vs recreational visit .

I like the amenities, location space in standard room. What I didn’t like is that I requested some coffee and towels and they delivery towels but they forgot the coffee :(.
