Tv was faulty and it took 24 hours before a maintenence member looked at it and then repaired it. The car park entry system was playing up when we arrived. We parked the car without the issuing of a ticket. We walked out of the car park to find the hotel entrance. Then the barriers closed and the only way to get in was via my phone. The hotel told me to cancel this later which still resulted in a charge of£22 for 1 hour. Not impressed.

Overall the room was very good, although the washbasin was tired with a large crack.The extra large bed was very good. The staff were all very polite and helpful. A good breakfast selection.

This is the only hotel that i have stayed in where the corridors were warmer than the guest rooms. The room was dark and the lighting was not sufficient to light the room. The toilet seat was loose and was not rectified by the cleaning staff for the three days we were there. also the bar area was cold and when l asked could they turn the heat up a member of staff said that the air conditioner was broken. (well get it repaired ). The rooms were not cleaned to a high standard. All in all not a good visit and would not recommend the hotel.

Room was very clean and tidy. Lovely modern furniture and decoration. Great view of the river. Bathroom was very compact shall we say but clean with lovely toiletries and fluffy towels. Heating was amazing. Staff were very friendly. Amazing location. Parking if spaces was perfect. Leave the car and walk into the town.

Platinum here but seems after online chat ( after embarrassing check in ) unless you book vip marked hotel you get zilch . Since you changed everything is totally crappy and I cannot see any reason why stay loyal after over 20+ years . Hotel room given was above noisy section ( the added section room 318 ) Had delivery one morning at 6.10AM which is against all regulations. This woke us both up and couldn’t fall asleep again as went in for a while . Told staff later plus sent them email and nothing ( maybe they were too bemused to respond ) Requested as you get1 hot chocolate sachet , couple tea bags , couple mixed fruit /green tea and 4 coffee sachets for more chocolate ones as dint drink coffee or the mixed tea one. Room guy said only allowed one chocolate but reception gave me 2. Seeing paid almost £180 a night , that’s poor customer service . One day they didn’t even bother to leave any coffee or chocolate and really couldn’t be bothered to complain . Unlikely to stay there again after this stay . Also had to ask that we requested twin beds and was not the case in the room so had to get that sorted .

The Hotel was clean and tidy and although there were obviously some problems with the self "check in" two members of staff were very helpful and checked more people in than the modern technology. The area around, which is not the responsibility off the hotel, could do with some council cleaning. The room was good. I was very disappointed that the car park was not available as there were only about 40 spaces which were full all weekend. Having specifically asked for parking I feel the hotel could have made it clear that a space was unlikely to be available.

The staff are always amazing and helpful. I love the onsite parking, which is discounted for guests. The rooms aren't huge but they are spacious enough for what you need. The location here is key, it's in the perfect spot to visit the city.

We arrived early and was welcomed by a lovely grey haired lady and our luggage took off us. When we returned to check in it was disorganised and this lady seemed to get the brunt of people’s frustrations! Whilst another lady sat there and didn’t seem very interested in checking all in. Room was lovely and comfortable. Breakfast was good and organisation good.

Room service replaced by “call and collect”. You order via A QR code link online, and they call you when its ready. You have to schlep down three floors and 100 metres along a corridor to the bar. You get your food in Mcdonalds style boxes, just three times the price! Why pay £191 per night for the Park Inn by Radisson plus £28 for a takeaway burger and dessert, when you can pay £70 at a Travelodge plus £12 for a delivered Mcdonalds meal.
