Riverside hotel, easy walk into York centre. Good breakfast choices. Messy check in but apart from that a nice stay, comfy bed in a cosy room, bar area had a great view over the Ouse.

Mixed bag of a stay.

The location is good, the rooms modern and clean. The breakfast was lovely. We were disappointed by the comfort of the bed , mattress and pillows. I know that this can be personal choice eg: firmness of items, but what was frustrating was that after the first night we asked for a change of pillows, mattress topper and for shampoo and conditioner to be placed in the room (as they were not there first night). This was not actioned throughout the day and we had to call and ask again in the evening. We had a river view- lovely. But please be aware that the noise from the bars opposite carries. Parking option is excellent.

The hotel was very clean room was great had a little balcony and view of the river. Nothing was any bother we asked for extra coffee sachets and were given them we didn’t have breakfast room only but plenty of places near to eat out We will be back

All the Radisson comforts you'd expect, located in the backstreets of York. Local area didn't feel particularly safe to walk too far at night, although night life was alive and well, together with plenty of drunks staggering the streets nearby at barely 9pm, and rowdy bars across the river jamming on till quite late. All taken in good humour though as we were comfortable and cosy in our room. A quiet solace in a restless town.
