We have stayed many times at this hotel. Parking is safe and a reasonable price for York. The reception is always well presented, the reception staff there are always polite, friendly and helpful. We have stayed in many rooms on different floors they have always been clean, spacious and quiet.

Good location and easy to get into the centre of York. The hotel also has plenty of parking, which is a real plus. That said, charging nearly £20 to park overnight feels a little steep, especially when you’re already staying at the hotel. Overall a convenient base, but the parking price does take the shine off slightly.
