The apartments where freezing, we had all three heaters going and still had to ask for another, and use blankets.Its not hard to put in heat pumps. The one lift was broken for almost the entire stay, the other lift was broken on our departure, but there was no communication about this and if the customers where elderly they would have struggled taking their bags down all the flights of stairs, no appology either. Our swipe card didnt work one night and was told we would have to wait 10 minutes while it was freezing for someone to let us in... luckily another guest let us in almost instantly. The flush in the master toilet was not good and took several attempts to flush. The configuration of the property was good, however not worth the money if things arent functional and you cant get warm enough to be comfortable.

Dear Guest, We are disappointed to read about the issues you encountered while staying with us. Unfortunately we do have to heat the apartments with radiators, we are looking at a heating/cooling option at the moment. The lift repair took longer than anticipated, and we hope you weren't inconvenienced too much. Pay up front is not normal esp when staying more than 2 nights. When I asked staff they lied and said it was introduced 2 months ago. When I informed I’d been coming here every week for 6 months they said they’d make an allowance...wtf

We have unfortunately had to implement it from the 1st April as we had become target of a lot of fraudulent bookings.
