I was disappointed with my stay here. The room was really outdated and small. There was no milk in the fridge for black tea. Housekeeping just walked in my room on the first evening there without knocking. The service wasn't very warm. I wish I'd have spent more and stayed elsewhere.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. For the price of over $600 per night (after tax), I expected at least basic comfort — but the room had no air conditioning. Instead, there was only a very loud fan that made it impossible to sleep comfortably. On top of that, the soundproofing was terrible. I could clearly hear people coming back from the bar late at night, which made the experience even worse. For this price point, the quality of the room and facilities is completely unacceptable. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend staying here.

Where do I start? The room was not cleaned regularly, the toilet did not work properly, the sink was tiny, and the air conditioner was noisy. In addition to this, there were workers going past our window for days on a window washing platform to the point that we had to shut our curtains to avoid them. Of course, none of this was revealed to us when the room was sold to us as an upgrade. Finally, there was a fire alarm during our stay where we had to exit the building. We only knew it was okay to go back to our room because another guest spoke to a fire fighter. We had no communication from the hotel staff at all. When we checked out, we complained and the Hotel did not charge us for the upgrade but, in our view, this was not enough. As a result, I'm afraid that I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

A lot of construction in the parking garage and on street, makes it hard to get to. The bed comfort isn't too bad, I have a bad back, it wasn't soft, but wasn't giving me pain the next day.

I felt the room and swimming pool changing facilities were dated. They had over booked the hotel, so the larger room I’d booked and prepaid for was not available! We were given a smaller room which was dated with a noisy air conditioner. We were given a breakfast voucher but it did not cover our meal in full and I was not offered a refund.

(a) There's three door tags: Do not disturb, Cleaning request, Refill amenities. "Refill amenities" sign shows that room service does not include empty garbage bins but just exchange towels, coffee/tea etc. We did hang a refill request. New towels were thrown on the floor roughly, and garbage was collected. 2. We stayed 2 nights. They sent a welcome message throught Hotels.com about 6 hours after we checked out. The message was explaining how to use guest services hotline from the room etc. Also it was saying "If there's any reason why you think your stay with us is not worth a five-star review yet, please reach out to us; we would appreciate the opportunity to address any concerns before your departure". I wonder why they did not send this message when we checked in 2.

The property was clean and had two great restaurants on location, staff were friendly and helpful and check out was simple. Pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyed. The location is perfect to access any of the city’s many sights and shops and lots to do within walking distance. Transportation was very accessible. Understanding it’s an older building, the elevators were a slight issue. Only had two available for each tower they were small and patience is required.
