I request a refund as the hotel was impossibly rude over my dietary needs, the hotel was extremely noisy. I was not happy and got little response from the hotel management

Were to start.. For the most part we were happy with everything. PROS: Room was good size especially considering we had 2 x suitcases + 2 x snowboard bags, large windows with city views. CONS: Room could use more lighting. It was disappointing that $600 was taken from my LOCKED bag (which I left the key in the room in another bag). The only people who had access to our room throughout the day was maintenance and housekeeping (this was confirmed also by reception). To have to file a police report and have police come to your room on your second day in the country is disappointing. I've since checked out and heard nothing from Sandman regarding my money.

All was good but was disappointed in the parking situation. As a visitor from overseas, it was not explained that parking was not complimentary ar check in. Although my room number was scanned at entry, I still got a parking fine that I had to follow up after I had checked out.

The location of the hotel was excellent and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The size of the room was also bigger than I expected.

Very Very Disappointing

We stayed six nights in this hotel and the experience is not a pleasant one! This hotel charged us the price of a 5-star hotel but delivered only the service of a 2-star motel. Staff in the check-in counter were not helpful and unfriendly. When we asked for an extra bed, they turned us down. When we asked to pay the phone bill by cash instead of using a credit card, the staff in the counter said it is not convenient to do so. We were awaken in the middle of the night by loud party and banging of door in the next room, and our complaints had little effect. I guess the only positive thing about this hotel is its location, but then weighing the pros and cons, I would definitely recommend you not to choose this hotel..
