The stay unfortunately wasn’t the best for Christmas Eve. Pool was unbearably cold which most hotels or public pools aren’t that bad hot tub was like a luke warm bath and jets barely did anything. Nothing open unlike other hotels I’ve attended during Christmas. Should be free parking if nothing is available. Nice gesture with some candy for kids in morning. Definitely didn’t appear like it’s online sadly

We arrived to garbage bags at our front door. The windows were full of condensation and we could hardly see out them. Curtains hanging by a thread. My boyfriend and I both woke up incredibly itchy from whatever detergent they use in the sheets. Was disappointed in our stay. We did like the convenience of having Moxies and Shark Club there but will stay elsewhere next time.

The whole experience was great. Two restaurants on site and only a 5ish minute walk to Canucks game or Robson for many food options . One thing i would have liked was for the hot tub to be a bit hotter. Great stay

I was not impressed, there was someone’s hairs in my bed, the remote to the tv didn’t work I was stuck watching the pope all night, and when I got tired of that the fridge wined all night keeping me up, the front desk staff didn’t seem to care that I wasn’t pleased she just asked for my cards and said goodbye. If I don’t receive a call back I will request a manager to deal with this accordingly

I stayed one night at the Sandman Hotel Vancouver and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were very nice, the pool was a great bonus, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Unfortunately, I did wake up with very itchy bites on my legs, arms, and neck the morning after my stay. I can’t say for certain what caused them, but it only occurred after this night. I wanted to mention it in case it’s helpful for the hotel to look into. Aside from this, I did enjoy my stay and appreciated the comfort of the room and the positive interactions with staff.
