I was disappointed with my stay here. The room was really outdated and small. There was no milk in the fridge for black tea. Housekeeping just walked in my room on the first evening there without knocking. The service wasn't very warm. I wish I'd have spent more and stayed elsewhere.

Had some high hopes for here based on the rating. Bed was old and springs were collapsing on my side of it. Was only one bar of soap which we had to use for our hands and washing. Poor air conditioning/heating unit in the room. Overall the place seems dated - had a slight remodel to try to cover it up, but it doesn't do it very well. Will sadly probably choose another place just for the bed if there is a next time. Vancouver is becoming increasingly more dangerous with many drug deals taking place in the middle of the day, not to mention people openly smoking crack/fentanyl on almost every street. Government failure to be honest.

Skip this hotel at all costs. The elevators were malfunctioning all weekend and fully stopped working on Monday, leading to guests having to walk about 2-14 flights of stairs, luggage and all. Huge problem there’s no other way to go up or down besides the stairs. On top of all that the rooms are disgustingly dirty, the carpet is sticky and has stains (looks like animal urine). Pool area was dirty and the pool is not heated, hot tub barely has working jets. Main heater did not work as well. Save your money and go somewhere less run down.
