I was disappointed with my stay here. The room was really outdated and small. There was no milk in the fridge for black tea. Housekeeping just walked in my room on the first evening there without knocking. The service wasn't very warm. I wish I'd have spent more and stayed elsewhere.

This Hotel is situated right by BC Place, Rogers Area, and the Q E Theatre. Gas town and the waterfront are walkable. Our room could see the harbour busy with boats and planes. Stanley Park is 15 minutes by car. Staff were all great. David at the front dedk especially. The pool is smaller, and cool. Still good for a few laps. The access is convoluted, with steps down to the pool. The hot tub was blocked off for our two day stay. Underground parking is tight. A small alley gives you access to some parking to check in. Our basic level queen room had a nice view. It was clean. The mini fridge and table were both off kilter and wobbly. Bathroom area was small. Beds were comfy. I will get a higher end room next time.

The room was moist feeling, no fan in the bathroom. Stains on the sheets. Staff were procrastinating in dealing with an issue that we had. The parking garage is under repair with limited spots. Dirty dishes in the hallway for more than 12hrs. TV channels are limited and scrambled visual.
