I was disappointed with my stay here. The room was really outdated and small. There was no milk in the fridge for black tea. Housekeeping just walked in my room on the first evening there without knocking. The service wasn't very warm. I wish I'd have spent more and stayed elsewhere.

Sink did not drain properly, and they ran out of toiletries and complimentary slippers. Our room was provided with only one shampoo and conditioner for four people! Airconditioning unit was not cool enough. We stayed in August, summer, so staying cool in the room was essential. Parking was cramped and weird. Location was great, right at the heart of downtown but that's just about it. For the rate we paid, not worth it.

Give the Accountants a bonus!

Located in a dining wasteland. The room was small. Had to step over our suitcases. Televisions had limited satellite channels. Remote didn’t work. Couldn’t control volume on the only channel. Price was outrageous for a place where cutting corners and maximin profits seemed to be the priority.

We did not take advantage of many amenities but it was easy to get to and from and close to public transportation. We did have a hard time with the very small bathroom vanity and our door was very hard to open and close.

I liked the convenient location and the air conditioning in the room. The underground parking was expensive ($25 + 28% taxes = $32 per night) and very tight and dangerous to park due to the construction and limited parking. Once we found a parking space, we did not want to take the car out for a drive, because we didn't want to lose our parking spot, nor did we want to drive around those dangerous corners.

The location was very good, but the hotel management wasn’t the best. We had to (on multiple occasions) call and ask for basics like soap and shampoo. The first time, they brought us lotion instead and we had to call back to get soap and shampoo. There was also multiple bags FILLED with garbage in the hall by the elevator. I assume they were emptying the garbage from the other rooms in the hall, but why not dispose of it immediately instead of having it lying in the hall for hours? There was also issues with the elevator, and we had to climb 8 flights of stairs to get to our room. Otherwise, the beds were always clean and comfy, everything else was provided and we had a great time in the city, but these small details hurt our overall experience.
