Both night and day staff were amazing. As our flight was really late check in and did not consider a shuttle bus to and from the airport it was a huge consolation that it was possible at 11.00pm. Thank you.

Overall a very pleasant experience, Staff were exceptional!! I found that every member of staff that i delt with were extremely friendly, helpful, professional, and courteous. Rooms were spacious and clean, with a large comfortable bed. Unfortunately the barfridge wasn't working, which was a bit annoying. Good sized bathroom, large shower with very good water pressure! On call shuttle bus to the airport was very convenient. A clean comfortable ride with a very professional driver! Overall, i would highly recomend Mantra Tullamarine.

I stayed at the Mantra on my way in and out of Melbourne a few days apart. Most staff went out of their way to be lovely and helpful, one who checked me in on my trip home gave the impression they’d rather be anywhere else - rough day perhaps. The buffet brekky was good, standard choices, well presented, spotless restaurant area. The first room was spotless, the room on my way back home hadn’t been cleaned to the same standard. Room service food could have been better - was overpriced, almost cold and few choices for food intolerances but that’s pretty normal with most hotels - next time I’ll just order uber eats. Toiletries were minimal but nice quality, some bottles were unfortunately empty (the style that are fixed to the wall), I had my own so didn’t worry about calling to have them refilled either time. The courtesy bus was efficient, drivers were friendly and it was available 24/7, although difficult to find if you don’t know the airport well. Will I stay again? Probably. For the price it’s a decent hotel, refurbed nicely and good location for a quick overnight stay pre flight, just lacked a few little details that would make it more comfortable.

The mattresses in room 121 need to be replaced. I sunk in to it and the springs were on there side. My daughter could not see me from her bed as I had sunken so much, I only weigh 79 kg.

Stayed overnight ahead of a very early flight. Had stayed 5-6 years ago and was ok so booked again. It’s looking a little tired. Twi reception staff were lovely but they were overloaded at times, particularly when a group would arrive and there was no one to answer the phone or attend to room issues. Three issues; a) Kettle had a broken switch which they replaced some time later, b) TV remote doesn’t work properly on the 20?year old tv; back to reception. They attended and told us only to use certain buttons. c) the bed base was broken and it was only discovered at bedtime. 7 hours till getting up so pulled the mattress onto the floor. Response in the morning - sorry about that. Front bar and seating area is very nice. We’d stay again if we receive an apology.
