The location was very convenient for what we needed. There were clearly leaks in the property. There was a small of wet carpet and water coming in the window sills when it rained. The carpet was wet. Staff said this was a new problem but the smell said otherwise. Previous stays we did not have the same water/smell issues, possibly just the level/section of the hotel.

It was great! The bed was super comfy - way better than I’ve had at more expensive places - and everything was as advertised. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s the perfect place to base yourself and has everything you need to rest, shower and prepare for activities.

I tried for a week to call the hotel and left several messages and noone called me back. When we arrived there was noone at the reception, our door to the room didn't work very well, the tv didn't work. Yes I realise that this is a budget hotel, but you need to have someone to moniter the messages better and have someone onthe reception

This was my first stay in an Ibis hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. The bed was comfortable, there were tea/coffee amenities, a kettle and bar fridge. These things, along with a clean room and nice view made the stay enjoyable for my husband and daughter while she competed at the state swimming championships.

Room was definitely budget! Expectations weren’t high but for $400.00 for one night, surely a spoon to make your cup of tea wouldn’t be too much to ask, or having the beds pre-made I would have thought was a given. Won’t stay there ever again.

Great location but very poor communication from hotel. I was told I had booked parking but a day before my stay I was told I didn’t, tried ringing, emailing several times, left messages but never heard back. In the end I decided not to drive as I didn’t know if parking was guaranteed. I don’t understand how a hotel does not answer their phone, the lack of communication was very disappointing.

I was very impressed with the quality of the motel for the price. The bed was extremely comfortable and the location to the Olympic stadium was perfect. We were there to watch our granddaughter and we were able to leave the car in the car park while we went to watch her event and still be out in time for the checkout time.

Our room was very dusty, walls and floors were stained and chipped and the bunk beds were not made up. Things to note: no space for luggage, very poor pillows, no door to the shower area (there is a curtain), no lamps so we could not read after kids went to sleep and our fridge froze everything in it. Ok for a very short stay. Location was where we needed it and there is a woolworths and a few restaurants within a few minutes walk.
