Ideal position opposite beach, partially renovated, clean on the surface but dirty skirting boards, paint chipped on corners,A/C filter fully clogged with dirt, mattresses very hard, can feel springs and hear them when you move, only one small tube shampoo and conditioner, shower over bath, comfortable 3 seater lounge, fully renovated fully stocked kitchen. Room 604 no ocean views or balcony but big outdoor area with table and chairs, next to main road so noisy.

Staff were excellent. Room was below par and we will not be staying there again. The carpet was drenched and the whole apartment smelt of wet carpet. We went out on Saturday night and when we got back one of the blinds in the lounge had fallen completely off and was lying on the floor. The blinds in the living area were putrid. One window in the second bedroom had wind coming through it even though you could not open the window. The apartment itself was well appointed but in desperate need of maintenance and repair. The air con was not working correctly and we had to sleep with our door shut because of the smell of the carpet. Our sister was 2 floors above us, however we had to walk right around the outside of the building to get to her floor because the lift would not allow us up to level 6. We stayed in apartment 501 and notwithstanding the above the view from the living room was spectacular however we could not stay in the room because the smell was overwhelming and made us feel quite sick. In our opinion this apartment is not habitable and we should have been given a complete refund. To say we are very disappointed is an understatement, for the amount charged it should have been better. We appreciate the problems associated with the current heavy rain, but, notwithstanding this the apartment is under maintained and as previously pointed out, not habitable

Excellent location with very easy access to the beach and main street. Transport to the city centre is also very easy. The size of the apartment was fantastic and it was well appointed. It could have been cleaner (table sticky, quite dusty behind beds etc which was noticed when plugging in chargers etc) - looked like only a surface clean was done. The condition of the apartment was generally quite worn i.e lots of marks on walls, carpets, tiles, some light fittings broken, fridge was unstable and dishwasher did not wash properly. Apartment has fantastic potential but does need a refurb. Regardless we had a great time as Coogee is a beautiful area

This property is in a fantastic location but - don't expect to get any sleep, especially on a Friday or Saturday night. The noise from the restaurant sharing a wall with you, and from other similar places close by, is horrendous. They have double glazed the master bedroom which reduces it marginally but the noise in the second bedroom is unbearable and is impossible to sleep through. The partying stops about 2am, then the rubbish trucks wake you at 4.22am - all in all about 2 hours sleep. We had to buy ear plugs just to survive another night. This happened both nights we stayed which were Friday and Saturday nights.

Coogee is a very lively suburb surrounded by the East Coast's most breathtaking beaches and lots of cafes and restaurants. Sometimes the street facing apartments could gets a bit noisy than our beach facing units. Hope that you will enjoy staying in our beach facing apartments in the near future.
