The hotel is located near the Southampton central railway station. The reception is open 24 hours. The staff are kind and helpful. All payments at the hotel are cashless. The free WiFi connection is fast. The room has street view. The bed is large and comfortable. The heat radiator in the room works very well.

Hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. Shower was small, but had plenty of hot water. The only criticism was that the heater was not up to par, but in fairness, I did not report it to management. The breakfast buffet had a gluten free bread option. Also, it is in a great location.

We booked for two nights room not clean tv not worked. Breakfast time no any food on the basket /bowl.i requested just a cup of milk but they Refused. Then i left the hotel one night before and had to booked another hotel.
