"Great location, clean room"
The hotel is extremely central and the room was clean. the staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was very dark, one window to the outside but facing a brick wall so not much natural light, and only one bedside lamp was provided. The overhead light was a very dim light and not bright enough to provide light to the whole room, certainly not for reading. Otherwise the room was adequate and clean.

"You get what you pay for..."
It didn't cost a lot (that's why we chose it!) and it met all expectations. Room was tired, basic but clean. Bathroom (just across hallway) was old but water pressure was good. Staff v friendly. Bed comfy. Room v v sparse. And it was surprisingly quiet (we were on second floor). As I say... You get what you pay for...! It's functional. But if you're after a romantic weekend away and trying to impress, look elsewhere.

"Close to everything"
We got a double room with ensiute... room was very clean. Had aircon. Only thing they forgot was teaspoons to stir our coffee in the morning... we found it great as it was central to everything in the city. Was a little bit noisy but it was a saturday night with a pub next door... slept thru the lot. Woke up refreshed. I would stay again too
