The staff were accommodating and friendly. The only issue is that not every room has a window or a thermostat. Otherwise, great location. Would stay here again. The property is in a prime location for public transportation, dining and shopping, or even walking.

Staff were great. Rooms are clean only that no intercom everything you need, you will have to go to reception yourself. Then again central AC that you can't control. No mirror in the rooms. But great location with challenge of drop off zone.

Unfortunately there was a fire alarm with evacuation that led us down an incredibly dirty path to an isolated car park. Shower was not consistent in temperature and be aware that many of the rooms have no exterior windows.

The hotel location is good. No issues with cleanliness. The only suggestion I have for the management team, is to provide clarity on the website regarding room description. I was a little shocked when I was told that I was getting a room without a window.

Very small bathroom. Had a bar fridge but nothing stocked so if you need water remember to bring it. No parking available except for broadway shopping centre which is $79. Only street parking around which is hard to find a spot. We had road works right outside our window with the floor vibrating and noisy. Could hear them talking all night. No message to let us know or apologies about it.
