Lovely front desk staff. Accommodated our request for early check in. I had higher expectations from the pictures but in reality the hotel is quite dated looking on the inside, the room was quite small especially for the price, and bathroom facilities had no bath and vanity had no drawers or cabinets. The hotel also does not provide a breakfast option. Has a motel feel overall. I still haven’t been refunded my $100 bond. If you want a no frills affordable stay in Sydney CBD this will do.

So convenient for transport on light rail, buses and the metro. Also within walkable distance to shops and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff, very polite and accommodating. Thank you Park Regis for a great few days in the city.

The showers were either scalding hot or freezing cold. After 30 mins of trying to adjust and changing overall pressure and temperature we chose not to shower. Instead showering at the virgin lounge.... very poor for such a basic feature, simply unusable.

Stayed for two nights during a conference however could not sleep due to the loud noise from the lift system, building works going on outside and the fact that the curtains were too small for the window meaning street light as coming into the bedroom. The staff could not find my Wotif booking. It took quite a bit of back and forth for them to find my booking. Upon checkout they mentioned they had not received payment from Wotif, I told them they were to take it up with Wotif as I had paid through the app so it wasn't my responsibility.

I like a good shower and I rate my hotel experiences via the quality of its shower. In this case the shower was terrible, you would just get the temperature right and the hot water would go off

No warning prior to booking that the hotel is located across the road from major construction and building works that continued very loudly into the early morning hours (approx 2am). I was entirely unable to sleep or work during my stay. The noise was so loud that meeting on the laptop at full volume capacity could not be heard when in the hotel room.

Good place to sleep at, not a holiday destination.
It was perfect for what we needed, the place to sleep, and to park the car overnight in a Sydney's CBD. Just a heads up, parking is very tight and costs $46 Aud. The room was dated, the carpet had a bit of damage, and the bathroom was small and odd looking. Two things bothered me when trying to fall asleep, the noise of the elevator and the smoke alarm flicking light. On positive side bed was comfortable, room had a little fridge, and it was clean. Good place to sleep at, not a really a holiday destination.
