The staff were helpful and friendly , the hotel was clean and looked like it had not long been refurbished or updated, the room was good , clean and well presented, except for the shower , it was hard to adjust the water temperature and pressure even though the shower had instructions for this. The hotel is very old and tired. Rooms are very small but adequate. The rooftop pool and deck area is very old and tired. I doubt anybody ever uses it. The laundry was locked so I can't comment on the amenities. The main plus was location. Right opposite the Metro so easy to get to Central Station. I wouldn't stay there again.
