Lovely property, historic charm. Very convenient location. Staff were helpful and friendly. Stairs only, so not suitable for anyone who can’t do several flights of stairs.

The only real detraction is no elevator and all the accommodation is at least 2 floors above entrance level - but staff were very helpful in dealing with this - it probably helps that I look old. Otherwise is a very charming, comfortable accommodation with excellent dining options on-site or nearby and very close to the places of interest in and around Rocks/Circular Quay

The room was very clear and quiet. The after service of the staff was superb. I left meeting ring in the room. This was quite traumatic. They found it quickly and posted it interstate for me to my home - wonderful. Thank you so much.
