In excellent walking distance to everything to central cairns. The property itself is old but it’s fine for short stays. Attracts a lot of the young backpacker crowd so can get noisy late at night when they come back from the clubs. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Great location, close to everything required. Room well appointed and clean. There was a minor problem with my swipe card at checkin, which was quickly and efficiently resolved.
Room smelt mouldy when we entered. Like water had got into carpet at some stage. Staff great and facilities otherwise clean.
