Very comfortable room, the view was great. The power points were stupidly set up under the bed head frame, and I couldn’t plug my large phone charger into them. There were other points to use around the room but was less convenient. Overall a nice hotel and great location to everything. Room service was disappointing, I am coeliac/gluten free and although the menu said allergies/dietary needs could be met, all I could get was a vegetable salad. I would’ve liked to have a microwave or toaster in the room, or the option for one, due to the space available on the bench above the fridge.

Nice location, comfortable Staff service was poor. Stay over cleaning was done very badly and not completely. Asked amenities were not provided. Cab calling service was poor.

We stayed here recently on two seperate occasions. Service was hit and miss, but our biggest gripe was the noise! Bats/birds in park ALL night. Street sweeper, party goers. It made our stay unpleasant
