Great location within walking distance to restaurants, cafes and Cairns Lagoon. Friendly and helpful staff whilst the one bedroom ocean view room we stayed in was clean and roomy. Daily cleaning was a bonus. The pool has been updated and an outdoor area added. Will book again.

Room very clean and attractive. Beds very comfy. Lovely view of mountains and beach. Staff exceptionally cordial and helpful. Lovely walk along the beautiful Esplanade and close to restaurants, cafes, Night Markets, Cairns Art Gallery, Cairns Eye, Swimming lagoon etc. Fabulous kids playground opposite hotel.We highly recommend this establishment.

I loved my 3 night stay. Such a great location with friendly staff, super clean and comfy rooms (and everywhere else was well cared for too), and all the facilities worked well. Plus Muddy's cafe on the water was perfect for breakfast, and the Riley next door serves the best spicy margaritas I've had for ever.

We had room 405, a suite with a living room, and a great view of the ocean. Great room with a very comfortable king bed. On the Esplanade, the heart of Cairns with everything. Very clean, very nice staff, a very nice balcony. I would probably have liked a coffeemaker but here they like the coffee made by pouring hot water , like for tea. Great little coffee shop near the hotel. Maybe from the rooms on lower floors one can hear some Esplanade noise . It’s wonderful to hear the so many Cairns birds singing! I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice friendly staff. Nice bee, close to all restaurants and eateries. The bedroom had a sitting room attached with fridge, microwave sink, plates and cups which made the room more comfortable to stay in and some time have a meal in the room. I will go back again

Our stay was wonderful and very helpful staff. Property is under going renovations, but rooms have been done and are very roomy and comfortable. We had a sea view and admired the sunrises each morning. Very walkable distance to town along the beautiful boardwalk.
