Nice but lacking key facilities

Nice apartment with great views but no air conditioning (very hot when we arrived) and almost no nearby parking. The stated free parking on site was at the bottom of a very steep slope several hundred metres away..... OK if you are fit, fully mobile and the weather is fine but a major limitation otherwise. Would not stay in these apartments again.

For modern apartments there was no air con , very hot and stuffy , came to relax and enjoy time out but couldn't relax and sleep as to hot !!!

Great Apartment but hard parking

Pros: Only thing was the view
Cons: The Staff on there friendliness and parking without walking a mile.
Location: Great location to the airport and to Frankton but you will need a car if you don't want to take the water taxi.
We stayed for two nights over the Easter weekend. Great Apartment and the view was amazing but hard to get good parking unless you want to park a mile away and walk up a steep hill. The one restaurant we went to was very accommodating but we found the reception at he largest restaurant in the hotel the staff were very abrupt and not very helpful as we were visitors they came across as very rude especially as we were trying to show our visitors from another country how nice New Zealand was and it showed how rude kiwis could be.
