Really liked the property. It is not in central queenstown downtown so you will need to take ferry which leaves every hour and is $10 per person Apartments are spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended for families.

Nice stay overall. Spacious apartment with three toilets, which was a real bonus and made things super easy for a group. The facilities are a bit on the ageing side but still comfortable and clean. The only downside is the car park being quite a walk from the apartment, though free parking is appreciated. Would still stay again.

The property is located in a nice area, close to the airport and about 20 minutes drive from Queenstown. Parking is not convenient and guests with accessibility requirements will need to consider this as there are a lot of hills between the car park and the property. The apartment itself is spacious, however requires a more thorough maintenance review as many light bulbs did not work, there is an insufficient amount of dishes to eat meals and limited dishwasher amenities (however these were replenished on request). The dryer and oven also did not work. Furniture was a little worn and required a clean and the apartment smelt stale on arrival. The staff however were helpful and efficient.

1. Check-out time is 10am, but house keepers come in at 9.30am. Try to push you to leave even it is not check-out time yet. Very terrible! 2. Asked for lake view and higher level room, but turns out we were given a room that located at the lowest level of a sharp corner of the road. Very terrible location. 3. The curtains are too transparent, people can see inside our bedroom even the curtains are closed. Very terrible design. 4. Facilities are too aged and broken. I would not choose this apartment anymore, not worth for value.
