The staff were fantastic and prompt when dealing with issues. Unfortunately the clothes dryer appeared to have major issues and we could not use it. The bottom of the dishwasher drain was broken. There was a net curtain missing over one of the windows. The main curtains were not hung well and were difficult to pull on their tracks with broken curtain rings. The washing machine was very dirty and previous customers had been putting the laundry powder into the wrong place. The lint filter inside the machine was full and very smelly and the inside of the agitator was very dirty. A light bulb was out in one of the bed lamps. The advertisement for the property advised that there were TV in every room - this was not the case. There was a TV in the main room and all of the bedroom ones had been removed. The plug was too small for the bath so water did not stay in the tub very well. Although it was made aware that we had 2/3 guests with mobility issues, the small stair lift up to level was not accessible as it was locked. This was a major issue for us. To be fair, I did not bring this to the attention of the staff and it may have been accessible if I had asked. I was not aware until 48 hours prior to check-in that the accommodation did not have parking outside the apartment. Again with mobility issues, this is a major drawback. I would like to commend the staff on the overall cleanliness of the apartment and on their diligence to rectify all issues that I brought to their attention.
