I want to start off by saying the customer service was exceptional , from everywhere we went in the entire place everyone was great ! Only thing I did not like was liquor stop at 11 pm the late night menu was not so great only 2 items also it is pretty boring nothing to entertaining to do there beside swim also the spa was very nice but I would have liked to use the amenities a little longer they told me it was a time limit to it I had to come in at 4 and use it an be out by 4:45 for the massage at 5 , also it was all times the guy stayed with us it was mandatory we get in the extremely cold water to help the massage they say . But over all it was very nice building love the look maybe fix the tv only 2 channels worked I complained they never fixed it and also the bathroom rug was so dirty it looked like it came out of a car an was never cleaned but everything else was great !

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was courteous, bartender Abel was fantastic!! Would have been 5 stars but my room door was broken and I was locked out. They had to break the doorknob to let me in. Otherwise great experience.

This was my first time in Mexico at an all inclusive. Villa del palmar was more than I expected. Every single staff member was exceptional. The amenities were outstanding. The whole resort was very clean and well maintained.
