Fantastic Stay

Pros: From the time we walked in the door we felt welcomed and relaxed.
Location: The location is central to transport and the city centre, it is close walking distance to several main attractions
The Hotel staff were amazing, they were all very polite, courteous and helpful, the Hotel Restaurant not only provided a great selection at breakfast but also their Dinner Menu and meals were fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay at the Fullerton Bay Hotel and it was made even more special with the Staff and how they greeted us and interacted with us, every one wonderful.

Pros: Impeccable service from every staff in the hotel lobby, housekeeping and engineering.
Cons: Breakfast staff weren't so welcoming, male manager using his phone openly.
Dinner at Clifford was great, we enjoyed it due to the service and helpfulness.

Pros: Fabulous view of the Marina Bay and Marina Bay Sands and the light show. Comfy king bed and beautiful room. Good WIFI. Bvulgari products. Great shower
Cons: Swimming pool looks cool on the rooftop but was a disappointment as its too shallow and the 8 beds were in the water. Plastic cups in adjacent cafe.
Cleanliness: mould in shower; I think the singer in The Landing restaurant was actually sending diners away!

Pros: Staff when heard I was treating the wife sent up a bottle of white wine, chocolate covered strawberries and a selection of fine chocolates!

Facilities: Modern, Nice , Distinctive; Value: Affordable; Service: Go the extra mile, Phenomenal; Cleanliness: Spotless, Immaculate, Beautiful; Staff was very professional and there wasnt a single thing they couldnt do for us, it was a great experience.
