Price was good, no room service after 8pm, very hard for travellers arriving after 8pm, I wanted a cold drink at 11pm and was directed across the road to 7 Eleven, seriously... better options should be made available for late arriving travellers. No airport shuttle bus anymore.

We have stayed at Roxy many times. Our stay this time was disappointing, as the maintenance on the whole property was very neglected. The building is covered in very visible algae. Gardens have not been maintained, among a host of other issues. The rooms are now outdated and in poor condition, the bedding especially. To have overflowing ashtrays at the entrance to your property does not look good. The staff member on our check in was rude to my wife, and not at all helpful.

This is a great place to say. Convenient to buses and MRT, lots of excellent eating options. The building is getting tired though - I don't think it has been upgraded in the 20 years we have been visiting Singapore since we lived here. We think we will try a few other nearby hotels next time that are newer and probably more modern at the same rate.

Staff friendly and good service. Comfortable for an overnight stay Noisy rooms. Other guests inconsiderate in the middle of the night talking in the hallways. Could hear upstairs walking around. Ok if not a light sleeper

Hotel was close to shops and hawker centre, easy access to public transport. Airport transfer was easy and free. Room was conformable, some minor issues with room upon check-in, engineering staff attended promptly and fixed. Staff were Excellent nothing was to much trouble, friendly, polite and very helpful.
