Hotel was close to shops and hawker centre, easy access to public transport. Airport transfer was easy and free. Room was conformable, some minor issues with room upon check-in, engineering staff attended promptly and fixed. Staff were Excellent nothing was to much trouble, friendly, polite and very helpful.

Was a pleasure to stay here, will be back in SG next June & December for 2 weeks on both occasions & maybe even at the end of this year. Stayed 15 days here & was great, even went across to Batam or 1 night so paid for the night not to be there but was well worth it. Will be staying here again as so central to all MY needs, will be even better once the new MRT is completed

Is clean and confortable Good staff . Front desk are efficient . All these are facts . However there were a couple of people who were like only just doing fine . That is the reason that your hotel is pleasing not excellent .

This is an older property so ,with that comes room. A nice chair and foot stool and King size bed and i asked for a topper as I cant sleep on a hard bed.This was already taken care of for me.They also gave me a room on a higher floor and away from the lift as i said I disturbed with noise.Extremely friendly helpful stafg
