The room, check in staff, housekeeping and room service (ordered flat white coffees) all were good. Finalized dues the night prior to checkout and the only thing for settle up up were the flat white coffee. Room rates were charged on my credit card the mome I booked the stay. Should see a credit back on my statement from the deposit paid on the card during Checkin. Salai and the restaurant by the lobby had good staff.

Blood on the sheets, extremely hot room despite maintenance coming to fix the air on, it kept turning off during the night. Checked out after one night instead of the. Two we had paid for . No one queried why

The hotel is beautiful and the staff was extra lovely. Our baggage did not show up from the airport and the in-room amenities were exactly what we needed. The location of the hotel was also wonderful. We had the most amazing view. I would stay here again for sure.

Location is good. Lounge at 65th floor needs improvements. It is sad that hotel doesn’t provide more snacks during the day. One type of cookies is a joke. Breakfast is so so - very limited

The room was spotless and staff very courteous. The food was also good at Sakai. Clive for breakfast was ok. A bit of a cattle market with lots of greedy people piling plates high.
