The Lobby is big and comfortable for photo taken. The breakfast is good too with variety of food. I do not like the room is a bit old , but with reasonable cleanness. The location is closed to Great Wall City shopping center for basic needs.

I enjoyed my stay here! The hotel room had a fantastic view. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The location was great. It was walkable and close to plenty of places to explore, so I didn’t need to rely much on transportation. The price was moderate, which felt fair given the quality and convenience. My only minor drawback was that the bed was a little firm for my taste, but that’s more of a personal preference than a dealbreaker. Overall, I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and well-situated hotel.

Expensive breakfast and other food options. No ice machine that I could find. Oddly intermittent cleaning schedule. Slow and often broken elevators. Dangerous to approch on foot due to traffic. Nice hotel

A nice hotel very close to Havelock MRT with a nice lobby area where there were self-serve amenities. These were very necessary as cleaning was only once every 3 nights. The 7/11 next door was very convenient too. The pool was good and the pool area was nice. We had a pair of Superior rooms but the bathrooms were in need of a refurb. Unfortunately in one of our rooms 617, the shower head was a weak stream which only dribbled out water so we tended to use use just the one. The breakfast area was a bit too small and therefore a bit crowded around the food. Cleaning should be every other day not every 3 days, which is excessively long

We booked a family room for a couple of nights. The room was really a double room with two double beds in so space was tight. It would have been quite difficult if we had been staying any longer. The rooms are very basic and would benefit from some updating but it was fine for just a couple of days. The lift system did not seem fit for purpose for a hotel that size. There were usually queues at peak times and the room keys which were needed to operate the lift frequently didn’t work. The breakfast was good as there were a variety of different options and the staff were helpful.

The rooms was small for three people, we had a double bed and a single bed but the mattress and pillows were so comfortable we all had a good night's sleep! The facilities were great as soon as you come out of lifts there is water filter and other amenities for our stay. We walked to the hawker food court and a shopping centre near by.

A really nice hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. Well situated for MRT, and easy walk to Robertson and Clarke Quays. Great pool area, and nice breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay again.

great location with walking distance to Market

The hotel is great as you can help yourself the amenities you need. It is very nice and convenient to walk around not too far away subway/MRT stations and only a out 20 minutes walk to China Town and Quay area. There is a market at the other side of the road after passing The Gas Station. Great Variety of food you can choose with a reasonable price which you cannot believe the meal is less than USD6 depending on what kind of food you order but it is definitely you cannot find this price in US with a great quality food

The staff were very helpful when there was a problem with the booked room. They were friendly and efficient in sorting it out to everyone’s satisfaction. I will stay here again on my next visit to Singapore.

The breakfast was very good with a wide varitey of cereals, fruits, drinks etc but the bacon wasnt that good and the automatic coffee machines were slow. The staffwere all very helpful. The room, beds and amenties are good.

The food I had from the Waterfall Cafe was poor - cold the first time, then dry and tasteless. The food was the worst part of the stay - the sandwiches from 7-eleven were better quality.
