The family rooms are tiny, with peeling paint and wallpaper. There’s nowhere to put 4 people’s suitcases, because they’ve filled the room with two unnecessarily large chairs. The staff were generally unpleasant and the reception area is unwelcoming and poorly signed. Guests should be made aware when the swimming pool gets overtaken by large groups of young children attending swimming lessons.

The hotel, rooms, lobby etc were great, and very comfortable. All the staff we had contact with, Reception, Porters, room attendant, restaurant staff, were very friendly, pleasant and helpful. We would stay there again in the future.

Overall a good choice with decent size rooms, convenient location, close to the MRT and buses. Our only real issue being dining options limited and slow to serve meals.

Good location within walking distance of Robertson's Quay and Clarke Quay. Easy stroll to Tiang Bathru road market and bakery. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and reasonably priced. The pool was good to relax in after getting back to the hotel. Overall I'd recommend the Furama riverfront.

This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel and our room 1029) was 2 stars, at best. Peeling paint and water damage in the bathroom, the tv didn’t work and took over an hour to fix, the smallest window I’ve ever seen in a hotel room, a bed you could feel every spring in, scratched furniture, shoddy workmanship around the bathroom door and handle. We can really been looking forward to a nice room after a lot of travel and we’re very disappointed. I let them know at checkout and they basically suggested that it was our fault for not asking for a different room. A check in I had asked for a different room on a lower floor and had already been told there weren’t any. It felt very dismissive of the staff. I can’t say if all the hotel rooms are like this, but ours was and I would never stay there again.

Good location with easy access to the river. We recommend the poolside room with club access. Club access gives a quieter area for breakfast and 2 hour ‘waterfall lounge’ 6-8 p.m. with ‘nibbles’ and drinks included.

Everything was great, we were heading to a cruise and didn’t bring a blow dryer. I assumed every hotel room had them. That’s my only complaint, would stay again but would bring a blow dryer next time
