The hotel rooms are out dated, there was no hot water, the draina in the bathroom smelt. The staff were mostly friendly however terrible at giving directions and advising on the cost of things. The breakfast buffet was not good, I cannot recommend this hotel. The reception area looks great and appealling which is misleading.

Great option
Great location, walking distance to Chinatown, Little India and Arab Street and just few meters from a bus stop where you can go anywhere. Hotel is huge, but well organized. Very good breakfast, and great amenities like gym and pool. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Singapore.

Well have been staying for a while but it is really notgood enough updating reception and leaving the outside and rooms in the old format and state some of them are. In my room I could even see out of the window it was do filthy, and the carpet... I used to think it was decent value as the room is good size, but am going elsewhere from now on. The service doesn't make UK for it. Hands-off at best. They really need to upgrade the rooms. And the restaurant.
