Overall it was a pleasant stay. Loved the open, family friendly environment. Large, spacious lobby with waterfall lounge is a welcome sight. Breakfast buffet was definitely well worth it with various options. Proximity of the hotel to the riverwalk, Orchard road shopping makes it ideal place to stay for vacation or business.

Lovely hotel to stay in for a few nights. Staff incredibly helpful and attentive. Hotel room okay. Bathroom modern. Bed very hard and firm. Drawers in wardrobe broken. We went to the Waterfall Lounge for breakfast one of the mornings. Food arrived 40 mins after ordering.

The Lobby is big and comfortable for photo taken. The breakfast is good too with variety of food. I do not like the room is a bit old , but with reasonable cleanness. The location is closed to Great Wall City shopping center for basic needs.

The hotel is well situated, but was quiet. The inside and facilities are of a high standard and all the staff are friendly and willing to help. Our only very small problem was that there was no top sheet on the bed, only a duvet, which was too hot to sleep under. It would have been more comfortable to have had the choice.

I enjoyed my stay here! The hotel room had a fantastic view. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The location was great. It was walkable and close to plenty of places to explore, so I didn’t need to rely much on transportation. The price was moderate, which felt fair given the quality and convenience. My only minor drawback was that the bed was a little firm for my taste, but that’s more of a personal preference than a dealbreaker. Overall, I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and well-situated hotel.

Expensive breakfast and other food options. No ice machine that I could find. Oddly intermittent cleaning schedule. Slow and often broken elevators. Dangerous to approch on foot due to traffic. Tiny crap tv, weak wifi. Other rooms kept overriding my fire stick. On the other hand, close to transit, decent walking distance to hawker market. 711 in lobby.

Nice hotel

A nice hotel very close to Havelock MRT with a nice lobby area where there were self-serve amenities. These were very necessary as cleaning was only once every 3 nights. The 7/11 next door was very convenient too. The pool was good and the pool area was nice. We had a pair of Superior rooms but the bathrooms were in need of a refurb. Unfortunately in one of our rooms 617, the shower head was a weak stream which only dribbled out water so we tended to use use just the one. The breakfast area was a bit too small and therefore a bit crowded around the food. Cleaning should be every other day not every 3 days, which is excessively long
