Had a fantastic stay with Paradox Singapore Merchant Clarke Quay. Great location, with easy access to restaurants, bars, shopping & the trains. Staff & service were excellent, and the little touches of fruit infused iced water in the lobby after a long day in the heat, made it even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I like that the rooms are spacious for my needs. I do not like that the shower holder is always with black mold and cannot be cleaned. Also the receptacles beside the bed are really loose connection in need of replacement. I have been here before and still every single room that I stayed had the receptacle loose for two prong plugs. The rooms are clean, the swimming pool beautiful, the exercise room very clean, the sauna is perfect but this time the steam room was not working…

On arrival, after very long flights, we were met by absolutely fabulous staff. Luggage staff took our bags from taxi. Check in staff were great. It was very much appreciated that we were allowed to check in early. We were very grateful. This was my first visit to this hotel. I stay in Singapore often as a stopover and also holiday destination. I have already recommended paradox to others based on my recent experience. Thank you very much for a great experience. I wish I could have stayed longer to use the hotel facilities more.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Paradox. The pre-check in meant our actual check in was so quick. The staff were lovely throughout the stay. The property is in the most convenient location for access to Clarke Quay and the MRT making getting around Singapore easy and cost-effective. Our room overlook the river which was just lovely. We had a baby and the staff set up a cot with a gorgeous care package for her as well as a really sweet dragon baby towel. Which she had fun getting round in. The hotel looks like it’s been repainted since the last photos and is very fresh and clean. we had a lovely afternoon by the pool relaxing as well. Will definitely be staying here and would recommend this property.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Brought elderly mum for a staycation and the service was commendable. I would like to extend my thanks to a young lady handling our check-in (sorry didn't catch her name). She was very helpful, obliging, kind and caring. She gave us a nice room with a great view, and offered assistance for my mum. Room's decor was abit dated but it was clean and comfortable. Food at the hotel was also great. Mum had an enjoyable stay thanks to the warmth of the staff. Lastly, great location too as it is near public transportation and plenty of eateries and the mall is just 5 mins away.
