Fantasic service, great loation. Very nice Hotel and recommend to anyone. Once we checked out, they offered us free bag storage and a pass to come back to the hotel to use the pool & freshen up before our flight home, no prompting required. That is called "service"

A top quality hotel with amazing facilities and comfortable room. A shame the pool was North facing and not taken the opportunity to convert the small pool into a jacuzzi - this would be a nice touch. The staff were super friendly, and transportation links superb and close to a lot of amenities. I loved my stay here and would happily return.

Be careful !

Although the hotel was lovely to stay at aesthetically, we had $500 stolen from our bags. The hotel has done very little since to either compensate or investigate. Quite disappointing. Would have expected a hotel like this to have no theft, especially in Singapore and/or offer a reduced return stay if we chose to go back

Stayed on the 15th floor of this clean and well-maintained hotel with an amazing view. The hotel is clearly designed with business travelers in mind, offering a modern and professional atmosphere. One of the highlights was the beautifully designed pool overlooking the city of Singapore, surrounded by lush greenery that made it feel like a jungle oasis. The greenery extends to the surrounding area, making it a lovely place to take a stroll. The staff were attentive and helpful, addressing a billing issue promptly when we were charged for the breakfast buffet on our first day, despite checking in at 1 PM. The refund was processed smoothly during checkout. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options but felt overpriced if you’re not a big eater. Alcoholic drinks at Lime were overrated and on the pricey side. While we didn’t dine at the Lime restaurant itself, it looked appealing. Room service, on the other hand, was a pleasant experience—both the mushroom soup and spaghetti were delicious. However, sodas and other beverages were noticeably expensive. Overall, this hotel offers a great blend of comfort and luxury with stunning views and excellent service. A good choice for business travelers or those looking for a serene escape in the heart of the city.
