Pros: Staff, location, pool
Cons: Do not have 2 beds in a single room. Vary breakfast a bit, not everyone likes scrambled eggs! Have food and drinks available at the pool
Location: Location right near Little India is perfect for us, we walked and saw a lot of old Singapore, very interesting
This is the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. It was too small just for the beds without the amount of luggage we had for a 5 week cruise. Breakfast was ordinary and I am not a fussy eater, a bit of variety would help. I mistakenly booked a double room instead of a twin in November, emailed immediately asking for a change but when we arrived our booking still read double, obviously nobody reads the emails??? I would recommend this hotel but please check your booking carefully before submitting Hotel location is fantastic for what we wanted, staff were delightful

Happy with the stay. Breakfast at the hotel buffet was very ordinary in that they don't really cater for all nationalities. A very clean and tidy hotel with good vacilities and and a good appeal. Good location that is accessable to all locations with out being in the middle of every thing

$7.05 for the worlds worst coffee

The rooms were super clean and new. House cleaning did a great job each day. Honestly the rooms just neaded to be about 1 foot wider to meet minimum comfort. Would be fine for 1 person. But not for 2 adult and 1 child plus luggage. The room advertised for 2 adult plus 2 children. All services were great but the level 4 resturant by the pool charged $7.05 for the smallest and worst tasting coffee I have ever had. Honestly I would have enjoy an instant coffee alot better than what they served up.

Room and bathroom too small very uncomfortable

The bedroom and bathroom where to small. Our tv stops working. The basin keep clogging up. The shower was too small and hand held shower head would knock off shampoo and conditioner and shower gel off rail. The water pressure in basin was very low couldn’t brush teeth properly. Toilet was too close to basin and shower very uncomfortable. Wouldn’t stay there again or recommend to anyone. Was too expense for what we got, we didn’t have breakfast included. Also didn’t like the $20 check out price.

Mediocre

Room is too small! Lots of noise from other rooms but a good central location. Why no exhaust fan in the bathroom???

The Boss was a good Hotel but for the breakfast

Pros: location to the MRT. Clean rooms. Great staff.
Cons: The brerakfast.
Location: Close to central Singapore.
The issue that I have it that the breakfast in the restaurant of the fourth floor was inedible. I ended up going to the hawker centers close by and got excellent food for a fraction of the cost. I feel that the hotel was trying to provide a western style breakfast but did not get it right. For the price and location the Boss is great.

Value for money

Cons: Nothing
Location: MRT close by and buses
Found room and bed a bit small. The view was spectacular. This location made it easy to plan our holiday and get around Singapore

hotel close to Little India and Bugis Street

Pros: the service of the Bell boys
Cons: perhaps a concierge on each floor for better comunication
Location: close vicinity to MRT, Bugis st and Little India
was not impressed with the Check-in person. the first thing he said after searching for 5 min. "can't find your booking" This is not what you want to hear after a 12h flight at 8am in the morning! He did eventually find it and gave us the room. We were advised by the hotel that an early check-in is not guaranteed and that we better book and pay for an additional day. We did this as we landed at 6am and needed a bed to stretch out and sleep. when checking-out we did complain that on the first day we did not get any room service eg) New towels, coffee etc.after notifying the Concierge. Note we did pay a full days rate for the extra 6 hours sleep! The concierge Justin offered that he would look after us the next time! not sure if we would like to go there a second time.
