Staff very friendly. Room was very modern and clean. Stored our luggage for free after checking out while waiting for late airfare. Great food located in building. Close to bus and train.

The hotel is extremely busy and noisy. My room was close to the lift and I could hear various people talking at night and also in the morning. Other than the noise (due to rooms not being soundproof) everything else was decent

Good hotel near Lavender.MRT and Arab Street. Room was smallish and with no frills, but clean. Bed was comfortable and shower had amazing water pressure. Staff was pleasant and very kindly arranged a free late check-out for us when they discovered our flight left after 11pm. This was much appreciated. Would visit again in future if the occasion arises.

You get what you pay for, It is a bit cheaper for a reason. Rooms are very small, not much room for a suitcase. We had an issue with our room on the second night, the light in the entry way started flashing on every 30 seconds waking us up. I checked the panel and the Aircon had also dropped out... called the lobby and they sent someone up to inspect. He said it is broken and maintenance would need to look at it the next day. The manager called and said we would need to pack our room up and go down to the lobby to get a new room.. I argued that I would not be packing our room at 1am in the morning and asked why we can't just be given a spare room to try and sleep. Ended up having to go down to the front desk and argue my point for a good twenty minutes before the gave us a room to sleep in and pack the next day. I was not impressed with the way it was handled! Other than that hiccup the staff were more than friendly, just a shame how that particular night unfolded

This is a nice hotel with plenty of amenities, lots of food outlets, close to public transport that is amazing and close to shopping/eating districts. The only downside to this hotel is that the rooms are TINY! It’s fine if you’re really only sleeping in your room but it’s not a place to stay if you want downtime to relax for a day. I also think there could be improvements to breakfast but for $12 what’s on offer is great.
