Convenient location. The hotel is right across from Chijmes and Raffles City, so you can take the MRT from Changi to City Hall. It's also within walking distance of 4 other MRT stations as well as several bus stops. The room itself was clean and decently sized. The bed was a bit hard, but otherwise comfortable enough.

Yes! the breakfast selection was fresh sometimes. Hash browns cold, the bacon was too well cooked - hard. Tea cups too small meaning more trips to the bar for coffee. many personnel touching the food with their hands - need signs informing people about the use of tongs.

Hotel is decent. Staff at the reception were not very welcoming, more like just doing their job. No smiles whatsoever. Rooms are clean and meets basic needs. No bidets in toilets. No halal food options. Pool was average, perhaps needs some maintenance as I could find broken tiles. Hotel is located in a prime area so getting around, shopping and dining outside the hotel offers plenty of options.
