Great location with friendly service. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide and varied selection. The lobby felt modern and inviting, and the pool area was spacious and well-maintained. The only downside was that our room felt quite outdated and had a noticeable damp, musty smell, which gave the impression of possible moistureissues."

Recommended for location but basic

Excellent location and good service. Slightly dated facilities but would recommend. Cleaned to reasonable standard but no in depth cleaning (we had to retrieve a toy from under the bunk bed which was gross!) Pool was great option. Breakfast nothing to rave about; the food court in neighboring shopping centre much better choices.

Good location

Overrated and overpriced for the hotel itself. Dirty, rundown, hard to get in/out of the hotel if you have stroller or wheelchair. Housekeeping team are helpful but you can tell they have bad management. The only positive point is the location. Right on Orchard Street.

Wonderful staycation

This hotel was a fantastic find! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the immaculate cleanliness throughout. Everything felt fresh and inviting. Beyond that, their commitment to eco-friendly practices was truly impressive – it's wonderful to see a hotel prioritizing sustainability. The furnishings were dated but was clean. My only thing I disliked alot, was that there was a smoking room right across fro our room, and every time we left our room into the hall it stunk of cigarettes. I still don't know how in this day and age, smoking hotel rooms are still accepted. If so create an entire floor so the rest of us don't need to smell it!

Concorde is a Nice property Conveniently located on orchard Road. But the high light of the Hotel is its staff specially in the Business longe. Courteous & attentive. So is the checkin counter , Bell desk, and the restaurant staff. It was an enjoyable stay for me and my wife . We will stay again
