Very clean environment, friendly staff and exceptional landscaping around the pool area. Also very convenient to The Oakland Market Grill and other restaurants. Plus Jack London Square was two blocks away!

great hotel. somewhat noisy as we were next to street - garbage pick up - but also from upstairs. no lock on the window. staff very pleasant and helpful. loved the buttercup diner.

Reasonable hotel

The hotel was clean , staff very helpful and a reasonable price for the area. Location close to cafes , restaurants and the ferry . Bart was 10 minutes walk . We visited for a concert and used the free shuttle. If you are a light sleeper then the passing trains thru out the night , tooting may bother you. It did the first night and 2nd night a better sleep. Overall convenient and clean but no frills.

Good hotel close to union station

Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: Let people know there is a courtesy bus from the train station.
Location: We were there for on night before we headed to San Fransisco Bay
Hotel staff were lovely. We arrived late at night by train and walked to the Inn. It was scary and we were lucky that another couple were walking as well so we stayed together. We discovered later that the Inn has a courtesy bus. This was not mentioned any where not even by the hotel staff when we called and let them no the train was late and would'nt get in till 10pm. The hotel is good 3 star, the bed was comfortable.
