We had an excellent experience. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a good stay. Appreciated the little extras like free canapés, access to rooftop bar, and having breakfast included. Perfect for a romantic weekend away.

"Nice building cramped room"
Loved the area - New Farm. Thought building was lovely but felt like i was in a tiny cupboard . Would go back but ask for and pay for a better room. Service perfunctory too. Get the feeling they don't like you Wotif... .

"great location and views"
Ideally located apartments, short trip by City Cat to Southbank. Apartment feels a little dated but what you would expect for the price. Check in process was difficult - only staffed for limited hours which is not advertised on their website.

    Accommodation In New Farm

Want to book a hotel close to Brisbane’s nightclub, shopping and entertainment precincts, with a charming riverside park thrown in for good measure? New Farm is the place for you! A trendy inner-city suburb with coffee and culture to spare, it’s only a short cab, bus, ferry or walking trip from the heart of the action. To get the most out of your trip to Brisbane, book your New Farm accommodation with us!

Like most of Brisbane, a walk through New Farm will take you past Queenslander-style houses and old-fashioned colonial buildings. Cafes, restaurants and hip bars are easy to find, especially in retail strips like Merthyr Village and the James Street Market. You’ll never be short of places to grab a coffee in the morning or a drink before heading back to your New Farm hotel for the night. Of course, it would be impossible to describe this suburb without mentioning New Farm Park. This 18-hectare park has plenty of wide-open space that’s perfect for a picnic or a ball game. You can take the kids to the playground or have a BBQ right next to the river at dusk. Come to the park as September turns to October and you’ll love the bright purple flowers blooming and falling from the Jacaranda trees, making a colourful carpet on the grass. The Brisbane Powerhouse, an arts hotspot built in an old power station, is the number one place to go for live entertainment in New Farm. Live music, theatre and stand-up comedy are just some of the activities that happen on its many stages, and restaurants and bars await you too.

Settle into your New Farm hotel and the rest of Brisbane is yours to explore. Teneriffe is a small suburb next to New Farm with a riverside boardwalk where you can walk or bike ride. Fortitude Valley, just a kilometre away, is the place to go for live bands and a variety of nightclubs. On the weekends you can visit the Valley Markets in Brunswick Street Mall, a pedestrian arcade lined with cafes and bars. Feel like shopping? Catch a ferry to the Brisbane CBD and check out the bargains in Queen Street Mall, Brisbane’s open-air mall packed with over 1,000 shops. Take a ride over the Story Bridge, which lights up at night in wondrous colours, across to Kangaroo Point on the other side of the river, where you can explore the famous cliffs. Wot more could you want from your Brisbane stay? Book your New Farm accommodation with us and stay in one of the city’s most unique and vibrant locations.
